In July, it was reported that Amazon’s Prime Day sales were 60% higher than the previous year’s, making it the biggest sales day in the AMZN history.

Following that huge success, Amazon has once again, beat its on sales record after the online retail titan confirmed that Cyber Monday was the single biggest shopping in the company’s history and for its third-party sellers as well.

“Amazon customers shopped at record levels during the Turkey 5, ordering hundreds of millions of products from toys to fashion to electronics and Amazon devices.  Customers ordered nearly 140 million items from small businesses alone and this is just the beginning of the holiday season. We’ll continue to offer incredible deals and a vast selection of unique products, with fast and free shipping options all season long, and every day,” stated Jeff Wilke, CEO Worldwide Consumer.

Although Amazon hasn’t disclosed the exact figures yet, the company stated in its press release that customers from all over the world ordered hundreds of millions of products.

The best-selling item was the Echo Dot, which is still on sale for $29.99 from almost $50!  Another best-seller was the AncestryDNA, selling 700% more kits in one day than the entire holidays last year, according to the company’s Executive Vice President.

A bunch of sales are still up on the site, so make sure to check them out before Cyber Monday Deals Week ends!
