During the 2017 Consumer Electronics Show that is currently being held in Las Vegas, the Chinese multinational networking and telecommunications equipment and services company, Huawei, announced that its Mate 9 smartphone will be the first to come with Amazon’s AI assistant.  Therefore, you won’t longer need an Echo or Dot to access the famous Alexa.

However, the Mate 9 models that ship this month won’t come with a pre-installed Alexa yet.  Instead, it will arrive in the form of an app in “early 2017.”

The Huawei Mate 9 is co-engineered with Leica, a company is known for rangefinder cameras used for street photography.  This is the first and only smartphone with a second-generation Leica dual camera with a 12MP RGB sensor and 20MP monochrome sensor that will render images in unprecedented detail, taking your pictures from mere photography to artistry.
