Amazon Cash, which was launched on April this year, is a service offered by the online retail giant to allow customers to shop on the site using cash.

Not everyone owns a credit card, nor is everybody okay with linking their bank accounts to an e-commerce site.  So this kind of service seems favorable and more convenient for these types of shoppers.  That’s probably why Amazon decided to expand the service to nearly 8,000 7-Eleven branches nationwide!

Before coming to 7-Eleven, Amazon Cash was already available in CVS, Speedway, Kum & Go, D&W Fresh Market, Sheetz, Family Fare Supermarkets and VG’s Grocery.

“7-Eleven constantly updates and introduces new forms of payments to respond to continued shifts in customer preferences, lifestyles, and adoption of new technologies,” said Tony Stapleton, 7-Eleven senior product director in a statement.

So how will this work?

To use Amazon Cash at any 7-Eleven store, just present the personalized barcode found on your Amazon app to the cashier and pay whichever denomination you prefer to load your account – anywhere between $15 to $500, with no fees or service charge required.

Once your transaction is completed, you will receive a receipt and a confirmation on your email or smartphone, then you can immediately start shopping – easy!

Try Amazon Cash for the first time and get a chance to earn a $5 Amazon Credit just by adding at least $25 to your Amazon Balance.  This limited time offer expires on December 31, 2017!
